This cover is for a fictional magazine dedicated to XPW, or eXtreme Pro Wrestling. XPW is a real wrestling league run by Rob Black and his pals at Extreme Associates, an adult video company. Frank takes it out of his mailbox in episode 1. We'd always imagined Frank as a big pro wrestling fan.
