Co-creator/Writer/Assistant Director
Ken has written, directed, shot, and/or performed in a number of independent films and videos, including Sam Lai: Private Ai and The Making of In Search of a Quest, both of which he made together with Bryn Pryor under the First Strike Productions banner. Ken was also Second Unit DP on the 16mm short, Oblivion, a 1992 Student Academy Award® nominee for Best Dramatic Film.
In 1993, Ken gave up a lucrative position in middle management at a Phoenix grocery store chain and moved to L.A. to pursue his dream of working - in some capacity - in mainstream film. Until The Money Shot, Ken says the highlight of his Hollywood career was either ordering lunch for Pat Morita (Timemaster), or diverting traffic while Natasha Henstridge strolled down Sunset Boulevard in a wedding dress (Species).
